What in the... I've never seen, until today, a shark-bee stuffie. Who thinks these hybrids up?

LOL at Mark lowkey telling us that Jari Kessler doesn't have the tech to be a contender before he event starts.

The fact that we have 2 more major events in China this season and that means 2 more times we're subjected to the annoying overhead drone camera work really annoys me.

Wow, Kessler was using all of the levels and planes, and he had the most lean over the blade I can remember since Jeremy Abbott.

Kessler - Claire de Lune is such a beautiful piece of music, and his choreography was interesting and the program was full of beautiful movement and transitions. Felt like everything just blended together. Would watch again for sure.

Big moment. He finally put it together at French Masters with the 3A after years of trying.

And then Mark says the exact same.

I can't say I understand the choice here, it was clearly an intentional double and he would've potentially been in the race going into the free skate had he done it here.

I suspect he was feeling that a clean program was more important than the 3a but I'm not sure I agree

The triple Axel was on the planned program content sheet, but it looked like the double was planned. Beautiful skate, and performance.

Ehhhh, I think in the SP, it's a good decision. Most of the 15 remaining men aren't known for their consistency.
