And Canada isn't happy.Fabio Bianchetti is speaking - 245 is being amended to implement in 2026-27 - that's the pairs lift being changed to a choreo pair lift.
It sounds like they want to use AI to determine URs.
what does it mean

I did, what does "integrating AI" and "updated version of current judging system" mean.
how do these people believe AI worksIt sounds like they want to use AI to determine URs.
I don't think they're unhappy about the delay in 245 but that the Tech Cmte is now saying they'd be open to the Congress delaying implementation of the entire package until 2026-27. They're questioning what authority the Tech Cmte has to do this. And Canada isn't happy.
like the majority of the public they think ai is some magical entity that can do anything and not just some complex programming that is iffy at best lolhow do these people believe AI works
From what I recall about Benoit's report yesterday - they're looking at AI to assist in evaluating jump rotations. Not sure what they mean about an updated version of the current judging system though.I did, what does "integrating AI" and "updated version of current judging system" mean.
What AI are they wishing to integrate
BribesThey're questioning what authority the Tech Cmte has to do this.
Well, the FS group needs to vote on that, right?I don't think they're unhappy about the delay in 245 but that the Tech Cmte is now saying they'd be open to the Congress delaying implementation of the entire package until 2026-27. They're questioning what authority the Tech Cmte has to do this.
But what does it meanFrom what I recall about Benoit's report yesterday - they're looking at AI to assist in evaluating jump rotations.
They've been exploring the possibilities with Craig Buntin's company, Sportlogiq. But what does it mean
Which AI has been used to do this, I am not aware
Well what do you know, sometimes there IS an answer! They've been exploring the possibilities with Craig Buntin's company, Sportlogiq.
LOL!"It is crazy! It is the first I have heard it in my life" says Italian Fed president
I hope the ISU gives into fascismI'm not sure that more people wouldn't have objected to the entire package yesterday had Benoit, Michael Geistlinger (legal) and Fabio not seemed hellbent on shutting down any dissention.
America is now great again, and without any need for Trump!Oy - and now the USFS is withdrawing their objection to 245 since the Tech Cmte agreed to delay implementation until 2026-27.
According to Karen-W, 245's implementation will be in 2026-27.So if they're not going to delay implementation, then it becomes a vote on whether to implement now or reject entirely?
Well, as @On My Own said below, they've agreed to delay 245 but the rest of the package would be implemented immediately. And I have no idea what the sentiment of the Members are at this point because some of them are pretty peeved at not being able to go back and reconsider 239 & 240 - also possibly for delayed implementation? Benoit asked to take a 5 min break (it's been longer than that already, lol) - which I'm sure is an effort to settle things and get everyone on the same page before voting on the entire package. So if they're not going to delay implementation, then it becomes a vote on whether to implement now or reject entirely?
IDK why small feds would be grumbling about 239/240 though. But then I'm not watching.Well, as @On My Own said below, they've agreed to delay 245 but the rest of the package would be implemented immediately. And I have no idea what the sentiment of the Members are at this point because some of them are pretty peeved at not being able to go back and reconsider 239 & 240 - also possibly for delayed implementation? Politiks must be taking a long time, they're still on break.Well, as @On My Own said below, they've agreed to delay 245 but the rest of the package would be implemented immediately.
