Simone freaking ROCKED that beam routine. Starting on beam is insane but ending is also insane so let's keep our eyes on the ladies who end on beam too.

They were scheduled to start at 6pm CST and the event was scheduled to start at 5:45pm CST. I'm sure that a 5:45pm start time didn't work for NBC.

No peacock started when nbc did. WCC and USAG were posting routines before the broadcast started.

Skye's floor score definitely helps her, too. That score is higher than everyone but Simone and Kayla on night 1. I think the OOB doesn't hurt that much at this stage in terms of how USAG is looking at it.

It was, but it was still hideous. LOL. It looked like a bad figure skating costume for a clown routine. Being inspired by Beyonce doesn't make it less ugly.

So far the only leo I really like is Jade's. I dislike the massive amount of illusion fabric on Simone's.

IIRC, each gym has a selection of leos that they can choose from to wear for competitions and while it's normal for each group to wear the same one, I don't think it's a requirement. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong though.

I agree with that floor and if she can repeat on vault that's pretty massive in her favor.
