Seriously? The Daily Mail does not recognize the name of the currency of India of all places? When someone goes out for a curry are they making a political statement? Do they have any idea the number of Indian words that are now part of every day English?

I have started using adieu as my first word for Wordle because it includes so many vowels. I have to admit, the first time I typed it in, I wondered if it counted as an English word. It does. I don't think that's political.

I use irate followed by mousy, covers all vowels plus three of the most common consonants. I love that it is just once a day

I couldn't think of anything to put in the first two letters that would fit, so I just typed a word to get it over with. I hate repeating letters.
