I can’t believe the Gala alone is as much as the other day passes. That’s ridiculous for a 3 hour (at most) session of show programs.

With an unfortunate un-predicted home expense, I'm not going. But frankly, to get halfway decent seats in P3 for Thursday-Saturday is almost $700 and I wouldn't pay that anyway. (Helsinki, not a cheap city, was I think about half that price.) Maybe Canada is such a good skating audience that they'll fill every seat at these prices, in which case good for them, but I'm betting they overpriced.

Thrilled to have upgraded from my all-event aisle seat in Section 119, row G, to individual event aisle seats that are 5 and 6 rows closer, in Section 119, Rows A and B. :cheer2:

I'm unable to stay for the gala anyway, so when I saw that the total price for better individual event seats with no gala is not that much more than my all-event ticket with the gala, I jumped at the closer seats in the same price category.

Now I just have to sell my all-event ticket. ;)

As I have reminded some other folks, it is quite possible, even probable, that some seats were on hold for tour groups and that they have now been released and been put up for sale. In addition, there is always the issue of confirming/identifying obstructed view seats - sometimes that makes some decent seats available quite late in the game.

I wish you could filter by aisle. The game to find aisle seats is time-consuming. 😂
I’ve gotten tix in several different sections. I’ve always liked end seats by k&c but got aisle behind judges for one session. It’s a bit higher up (200s) but excited to have that view. Have also read that the 200s are possibly a slightly wider seat (as am I so I’ll sacrifice a few rows in distance for that.)

The seats in the 200s are roomier than the rest! Also just so you know there is a set of private boxes between the 100s and 200s, so you can not access the 200 level from the 100s. You will have to take an escalator from the main level (I’m assuming there’s an elevator option as well).

I'm debating between staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott (14 min walk from Bell Centre, free breakfast) or splurging on the Hotel Bonaventure, which appears to be a couple of blocks away. How bad of a walk could it be around the time of Worlds? The Sheraton is sold out already. If there are any other nice hotels that are less than $300 US a night close to the Bell Centre, I'd love to hear your recommendations! Thanks in advance.

I booked the Boneventure. I liked the idea that you can get to the arena through the underground system. Weather in Montreal in March could get yucky. And I can shop while I’m at it. 🤑

Quebec is different that they allow booze to be sold at convenience stores etc so pretty accessible.

For those that are going have fun! Quebec is known for their food so try and venture out for a good meal!

So convenient! And yes, so many restaurants - too bad it will likely still be too cold for all the outdoor patios to be open.

Customers also used to be allowed to bring their own wine or beer into restaurants. But that was some years ago, don't know if it is the case today.

If it is a restaurant called "Bring your own wine /apportez votre vin". Not the majority though.
