Skate Canada is reportedly sending Aurora Cotop here for her senior international debut to get her ISU senior minimum technical scores for Worlds.

ETA:

USFS is expected to send skaters here as well (this often has been used as a developmental international comp. for U.S. skaters in the past).

This is one of the last opportunities to get the TES minimums for 2019 Junior Worlds before the JW entry deadline.

Juniors don't get WR pts outside of JGP/JGPF/JW, only minimums. Unless they are competing in Senior Bs.
