This time he is hospitalized under medical, not psychiatric. He developed severe akasthia (uncontrollable body movements) from one of his psychiatric medications and the treatment prescribed by his POS psychiatrist only made the issue worse. We went to the emergency room yesterday with Steve's blood
pressure spiking at 172/104. He was admitted and underwent a MRI today to rule out lesions or other cause. So far none of the medications administered have helped with the akasthia. The ER pumped enough sedatives in him yesterday to sedate an elephant but it barely touched the surface of Steve's condition. Please pray for him.
