Memola: How did that tilted 4z with a wonky forward landing get positive GOE? Nice 3a, he really uses his knees on those, which he should do for his basic skating, which is slow and pretty weak.

Odd comment, but Memola really uses his hands beautifully. I think that's what keeps him from looking long and elegant rather than awkward--he needs to work with Kimmie Repond and teach her his ways.

When you're 6'5" your margin for error on these jumps is smaller than for a shorter athlete. He managed the errors quite well today, but still needs to work on controlling those limbs in all his elements, and transitions.
