Memola: How did that tilted 4z with a wonky forward landing get positive GOE? Nice 3a, he really uses his knees on those, which he should do for his basic skating, which is slow and pretty weak.

Memola almost spins to a stop, and traveled too. Hit most of the jumps, but kind of boring program.

4Lz - a little forward on the landing
3A+1Eu+3S
3Lz
3Lo
Fly Camel Spin 3 - significant loss of speed
3A

3Lz+REP - stumbled out
3F!+2A+SEQ
Change Foot Sit Spin 3
Step Sequence 3
Choreo Sequence

Change Foot Combo Spin 4

When you're 6'5" your margin for error on these jumps is smaller than for a shorter athlete. He managed the errors quite well today, but still needs to work on controlling those limbs in all his elements, and transitions.

160.02 = 7th Place
253.12 = 4th Place

That toe pick touched down suspiciously early on the 4Lz

3Lz with the stumble was input as a 3F

Magnificent! So musical and energetic. I’ve never heard people clap in time to that music.
