World refunds

Is anyone else experiencing difficulty in getting refunds from Tour Operators. In particular I understand that the Sheraton Montreal, which is currently closed, is withholding funds from our Tour Operator claiming shortage of staff.

This is not a "difficulty" in getting the refund from the tour operator - it is a delay that is not the fault of the tour operator but due to their reliance on actually receiving the funds from their suppliers, including the hotel(s). The fact that offices, buildings, etc. are closed due to the ongoing health situation adds to the delay. I too am awaiting a refund but can be patient and appreciate receiving periodic updates on the issue.
