First to come to mind is Mouaden/Bigot.
Dania Mouaden / Théo Bigot's RD at their JGP debut in Linz: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9XUAIiQoeSY
FD in Linz: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uniN5m4w4mY

Interview with their coach, Barbara Piton, in Linz - the team has been together for 5 years and Théo was with Piton before then:

Not a new discovery, because I'm pretty sure I'd seen them before, but Jinny Kim and Namu Lee really impressed me with their improvement and their packaging.

Hana Bath from Australia impressed me with her determination and pretty solid technique.

Besides Hana, I’ve been most impressed with Stefania Gladki of France’s lyrical artistry, especially in her SP to Ravel:

Tahory Taddei-Dugue, who with Louise Duprat is one of the young french dance teams, is going to be a phenomenal ice dancer. They competed at Istanbul.

@AngieNikodinovLove asked in the Challenger Series thread in GSD:
Wowwww where did Arttu come from? What a unique look and beautiful jumps. I thought that the score should’ve been way way higher, have we seen him before?
From Finland :) - Arttu JUUSOLA's ISU bio: http://www.isuresults.com/bios/isufs00111928.htm

Here's what I posted after his SP at the JGP in Gdansk:
Happy to see Arttu Juusola land all his jumps today after not being able to compete last week [in Budapest due to his skates not arriving].

ETA: Triples were all cleanly landed with 'Rippon' arms - 55.42 (ISU PB)
His 9th place SP in Gdansk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oh8nI5JDAAI

Great to see him get an ISU PB of 62.21 at Finlandia Trophy earlier today!

Arttu scored an ISU PB of 111.75 in his JGP Gdansk FS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hkZ_dD7PTlc

Elyce Lin-Gracey and Sherry Zhang in Yerevan today (re-posting here from the JGP Yerevan Women's PBP thread):
My most uplifting moment today was seeing Sherry clapping (arms over her head) for Elyce during her bows - timestamped here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8uru2h537kI&t=18448s
That was such a nice moment. Both Sherry and Elyce are lovely skaters but there is something stunning about Sherry’s skating. I can’t wait to see more. The mistakes on the jumps didn’t take away from the program at all.
@Sarah, which program of Sherry's did you prefer?

It's commonplace for elite skaters to come from strong athletic genes, but Thailand's Angelina Ismalone is a unique case (18th at JGP Poland with the Junior Worlds free program technical minimum).

Her (French) father David was a former pro (Muay) Thai boxer and is now a stunt/action coordinator for movies produced in Thailand.
