Who is eligible for the award?

• The top five championship level skaters/teams at the 2018 Prudential U.S. Figure Skating Championships
• U.S. medalists at the 2018 World Junior Figure Skating Championships
• Top three championship level teams at the 2018 U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships
• U.S. medalists at the 2018 World Junior Synchronized Skating Championships

Thanks @Sylvia. I came across that page the other day and I was confused because it looks nothing like their previous nomination site where they had pictures and links to skaters' U.S. Nationals performances. Plus, you kinda have to be savvy to realize the necessity to scroll down to find the ballots to click on. Oh well...

Certainly worthy nominees are Ross Miner, Adam Rippon, Hubbell/Donahue, the Shibutanis, and of course Nathan Chen (but he won last year, so it'd be nice to see someone win who has never won previously).

ETA:
I think Kayne/O'Shea and Hawayek/Baker are honorable mentions, along with Bradie Tennell and Mirai Nagasu. My sentimental pick is definitely Ross 'the Boss' Miner. But strictly based on hardware it's Adam, Nathan, Hub/Don, and the Shibs. Since Nathan and the Shibs are former winners, I hope it's either Adam, Hub/Don, or Ross this year.
