I was thinking the same thing. Almost brings a tear to my eye seeing her there, looking happy with the whole group. Hope she has a fantastic time.

I don't know anything about the particulars of this case, but I know around here, everyone knows the coaches at other rinks, and there is a certain amount of power imbalance even with coaches that don't directly coach you (even at another rink). But that could just be a here thing. I just think it's too complicated a situation to dismiss the idea of power imbalance outright.

Nope. It's a thing at many rinks especially if there are serious skaters there (i.e., it's not mostly recreational skaters).

I am also thrilled to see a happy Gracie. I hope her mental well being is okay being back in Detroit and back at Champs Camp. I hope she realizes how far she has come, just to get invited back to Champs Camp is quite the accomplishment. Hopefully she is making some happy memories there this week.

She has a flower in her hair so I wonder if they’re going down more of a Cuban route? It reminded me of Kaitlyn Weaver’s earlier looks in the 17/18 season.

How’s Champs Camp 2022 going? Is there a schedule of events? Any sekret rink cams?

Only skaters that I didn't see when scanning that group are Alexa, Tomoki, and Katie/Nate. ...

I caught a glimpse of Alexa - she's behind Camden, lol.

Belated reply: USFS Instastory also had a "fun" still photo of the big group (meaning it presumably was not intended to be the version that USFS will use as the formal "official" Champs Camp photo).

I think maybe the USFS panning Instastory was shot when not quite all of the athletes had assembled?
Tomoki was in the fun photo at screen right, although not visible or (readily visible?) in the panning video.
(Ditto for Anastasiia Smirnova, BTW.)

Katie was in both the video and the fun photo, near the center of the group.
I did not see Nate, but presumably he is at Champs Camp. Per Katie's own Instastory, yesterday was the day for competition simulation of their SP.
