Since there are 2 articles in the mainstream media, here is a separate news thread.

USA Today article by Christine Brennan (June 1, 2021):
Ross Miner, a U.S. figure skating coach and retired skater who won the silver medal in the men’s competition at the 2018 U.S. national championships, was suspended for six months by the U.S. Center for SafeSport for sexual harassment Tuesday evening, according to SafeSport’s and U.S. Figure Skating's websites.
Miner, 30, who is coaching in the Boston area, did not return an email or a text message from USA TODAY Sports seeking comment. He also did not answer a call to his cell phone. No specific details about the sexual harassment were immediately available.
According to the USFS website, the six-month suspension prohibits Miner from participating in any capacity in any event, program, activity or competition authorized by, organized by or under the auspices of the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee, the national governing bodies recognized by the USOPC, a local affiliated organization, any high-performance management organization or a facility under their jurisdiction.

USFS' Grievances page listed Miner on June 1:
On June 1, 2021, the U.S. Center for SafeSport issued the following sanction regarding Ross Miner.
Sanction: Six (6) month Suspension. Beginning on June 1, 2021, Ross Miner is prohibited for six (6) months from participating, in any capacity, in any event, program, activity, or competition authorized by, organized by, or under the auspices of the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC), the National Governing Bodies recognized by the USOPC, a Local Affiliated Organization as defined by the Code, any High Performance Management Organization (HPMO), or at a facility under the jurisdiction of the same.
Pursuant to U.S. Figure Skating Bylaw Article XXV, Section 2, U.S. Figure Skating hereby adopts the Sanction imposed by the Center suspending Ross Miner for six (6) months effective June 1, 2021.
Miner was also added to the Professional Skaters Association's "Notice of Banned and Suspended Persons" document (under the header PERSONS SUSPENDED BY THE U.S. CENTER FOR SAFESPORT) that's linked from the the Coach Compliance section of PSA's website.

Boston Globe article by Bob Hohler (June 2):
Excerpt:
Now, as a coach, the four-time medalist at Nationals has been suspended six months by the US Center for SafeSport from participating in any capacity associated with any US Olympic sport after he was found to have engaged in sexual harassment.
Efforts to reach Miner, who now coaches at the Mitchell Johansson Method program in Revere, were unsuccessful. His suspension became effective June 1.
“We’re stunned,” said Doug Zeghibe, executive director of the Skating Club of Boston, which Miner represented for more than 15 years as an internationally recognized competitor. “This is something I never expected to hear.”
...
Mitchell and Johansson did not respond to requests for comment. Their program operates out of the Cronin Skating Rink on Revere Beach Parkway.
