Trouble with subscriptions?

Sorry nuge, I was away from a computer yesterday. Started now :) 3 months, right?
 
I did email you back when it came in for your user name, but I will sort it now :)
 
My computer crashed and I had to reset all of my passwords. I did send you an email as I was having such a difficult time resetting my password (I am not at all computer savvy - my children shake their heads). Anyway, all is well now.
 
Please can someone check my account? I repaid this week and it said It had gone through but I don't seem to have the right access. It's probably something I have done!
 
I've sorted it Miffy it's cos of the vat - sorry for delay I was in London for a few days. Xo
 
I checked my Paypal account and you're right Sharpie. I don't remember getting a renewal notice but maybe it's just me being forgetful. I will purchase a new subscription right away. Thank You!

Yes, would be the VAT. Sorry I have been away for a few days. I think I know the payment, can you just PM me to confirm the email used and the amount paid and I will fix it for you. On my way to work at the mo so give me a few hours. Thank you @coldmum
 
I bought my subscription with PayPal (13.09.2015), but I don't have access to the non-public sections.:confused:

Hi @nuge I have sorted this out- I was in Ireland for 3 days so no reply.

Just pm me in future when sending a payment.
 
@SHARPIE you're absolutely correct. I'm very pleased as a matter of fact. I just renewed using PayPal. Once I was finished with the transaction, it was automatic. There was no waiting whatsoever.

I don't think I had a problem the last time I renewed, either. Anyway, just wanted you to know that everything's working as far as making payments and transactions go.
