Thoughts on leasing vs. buying a car

The advantage of buying a certified pre-owned car is that you get a one-year bumper to bumper factory warranty on everything, and an extended powertrain warranty.

I got a certified pre-owned vehicle once (not Toyota), and it came with a six year bumper to bumper warranty. I thought that was a good deal.

Awesome! Only back then my ex and I had money problems and with £20 petrol in the tank we could barely drive out of our driveway. But we looked great doing it

None, actually. That may have been why they offered it--they knew they wouldn't have to pay out LOL. Sure gave peace of mind, though.

How nice! That is a better record than our originally new Civic. I am totally won over to buying certified used with long warranty. Thanks.
