I'm more inclined to agree than disagree, but I don't know enough about it to make a pronouncement one way or the other. I do think it would be a good idea for public health campaigns to stress the inadvisability of drinking at all if there's a history of alcohol abuse in the family (and also of trying to pressure others into drinking when they'd rather not).
