"The Runthrough" podcast with Adam & Ashley & NOC Sarah

I believe it's a quote from Isabeau Levito, but I don't remember the context offhand.
so the original meme is actually from someone talking about Sabrina Carpenter and about how she sings about sex a lot and they said "I'm 17 and AFRAID of Sabrina Carpenter" so idk what the context is here but my friends and I use this phrase about everything now lol anyway stream House Tour

Latest episode (#112) was uploaded on Jan. 14 - "In this episode we cover the last few events of US Champs and Olympic team selections. We also talk about siblings who kill each other and how that is sometimes a GREAT thing."

"NOC Sarah" was a guest on the "Keep the Flame Alive" podcast (Jan. 1, 2026) for an Olympics figure skating preview and in this part explained how "The Runthrough" came to be: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L7aYS0cdc80&t=405s
In this episode of 'Keep the Flame Alive,' hosts Jill Jaracz and Alison Brown discuss the excitement building around the Olympic and Paralympic year, along with the ongoing preparations and challenges. They are joined by Sarah Hughes, a figure skating expert from NBC Sports and co-host of 'The Runthrough' podcast. Sarah shares a comprehensive preview of the upcoming Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Games, focusing on figure skating disciplines including pairs, ice dance, men's, and women's singles. The conversation delves into predictions, the artistic versus technical elements of the sport, and unique program highlights such as a Jaws and Pope-themed programs. Points of interest include the comeback of top skaters and the intense competition within the Japanese team. The episode also features insights into the intricate world of figure skating production and athlete experiences.

Adam is in Milan. I think Ashley and Sarah soon will be in Connecticut to work on one of the Olympic shows.

However, on the last episode of the podcast, they said that they would be dropping previews of each event a few days before each event. In addition to these previews, they also said that they would try to tape podcasts during the Olympics, though I suspect that will be difficult given the time difference and how busy they all will be.

The stories you didn’t see on the ice. We sit down and talk with Katie Walsh, the producer of Netflix’s new figure skating documentary "Glitter and Gold", diving into the decision making process throughout the documentary. How did they decide to follow these three teams? How did they decide what to even focus on? Where do we go from here!?

Maybe Wagner was talking about leaving for Connecticut?
She was. Ashley and Sarah both. Adam is the only one in Milan. But, they usually aren't together when they record the podcast. The challenge here is that they all are going to be working long hours and it will be hard for them to find a time that works for all of them. And, instead of Adam being in an earlier time zone, it will be later where he is. But, I'm pretty sure they recorded the previews for each event before Adam left.
