And those are just the teams that competed on the JGP last season. Italy, Germany, the USA and Canada all had additional teams that didn't make it to the JGP last season who will surely be in the mix. It's shaping up to be another very exciting season!
Can't wait to see how the Peals, Mullens, Fradji/Forneaux, Nguyen/Giang, Tali/Lafornara, Zehnder/Sieber and Pidgaina/Koval (and Kudryatseva/Karankevich if they decide to stay on the JGP another season) step up to push Grimm/Savitskiy. I'd have to handicap those 10 teams as the pre-season JGPF contenders but I also expect Perrier Gianesini/Blanc Klaperman, Mouaden/Bigot, Slatter/Ongay-Perez, Ilin/Cain, Dovhal/Kulesza, Kishimoto/Tamura, and Lin/Gao to be nipping at their heels and any of them could surprise us and sneak into the JGPF.
The depth of ice dance on the junior level really is astonishing!
