I think Shrinking is the first time he’s ever gotten major awards attention at all which feels kind of wrong considering how long he’s been around.

Aw I was hoping for Wunmi Mosaku but Madigan winning does make things similarly very interesting for the Oscar.

It’s probably still Wunmi vs. Teyana for the Oscar. And Sinners, OBAA, and Weapons are all Warner Bros. films.

I don’t know, Amy Madigan is the only Best Supporting Actress nominee to win more than one precursor since she also won the Critics Choice. Taylor only won the Globe and Mosaku only won the BAFTA. Supporting Actress is absolutely wild to try and predict right now.

I had to work for most of the awards tonight but I could check my phone for updates and I couldn't find a liveblog that was easy to keep track of from any of the major publications and you were faster than what I could find. I really appreciate it.
