Are you kidding me the traffic down my street has been insane the last three days because the Elton John event that’s two blocks down the street from me after this whole thing is over. I’ve been here for so long the globes and the Oscars don’t excite me anymore because I’ve been around it for too long.

And lastly for the first time ever in my life, none of the movies did anything for me this year, except for perhaps the substance. I didn’t care for any of these movies I mean conclave was fine, but nothing else appealed to me at all…. if the last showgirl would’ve got in there with Pam and Jamie Lee, I will probably be more into it. However, I left my gym at 3 PM today and oh my gosh, there was not a gay to be found in there.

There’s Best Actress. I don’t think Demi is a lock. There’s Mikey (won the BAFTA) and Fernanda (won the Golden Globe in Drama).

Demi won enough precursors including the Globe and SAG, and gave the kind of acceptance speeches at both that are taking her to the big stage tonight. I have zero doubts.

My dad is getting a kick out of Ben Stiller’s schtick.

Whenever I see Ben, I think of his wife Christine Taylor, who is Marcia in the Brady Bunch movies. My first year in Hollywood I was an extra and she got her own TV show on fox called party girl which I think was first a movie that starred Parker Posey if I remember correctly?

And I was cast on the first episode of party girl and I got to be right next to Christine Taylor in my scenes on the episode so whenever I see them I reminisce back to I think it was 96
