I fear they are simply waiting for formal identification The little boy's father flew into Spain last night to be greeted by a pack of paparazzi with cameras in his face. Such a sad situation, my heart goes out to them all.

Unfortunately you were correct. Julian Cadman a 7 year old dual British-Australian has been formally identified as one of the 13 dead.
