Does anyone have any experience with managing signups through Signup Genius? An organization I volunteer with has started using it recently. We get a confirmation email the day before the event, which is fine. This week, we got a separate all-inclusive email from the volunteer coordinator, and it happened to mention a date change for an event I'd signed up for. I looked, and all of us had been moved to the new date in Signup Genius. I asked her if I had missed an email notification, and she said she didn't think Signup Genius could send out a notification about a date change for an event you signed up for. This seems kind of strange to me, as you'd think an automated system like this could do something like that. I read through the FAQs and looked around the site, but didn't see how to do this. Anyone know if it's possible?
