Russian figure skating news in 2024

I would never stop laughing if Vladislav Dikidzhi skated to "What is Love?" by Haddaway.
Vladislav...baby, don't hurt me...

How often do the japanese go clean?

The japanese cant even beat the Germans
Yeah that's the problem, they don't. So if they don't go clean, M/G would of course be beating them. If they do go clean M/G might still be beating them due to monstrous GOE.

Thought I'd watch a little bit of the men's and one hour later, im still there instead of finishing my Xmas shopping. Savosin's WTF-ery is just too entertaining. Really enjoyed Dikidzhi. Ignatov, Popov and Simonov also a good watch.
There's a worrying trend towards terrible platinum dye jobs with 2 inches of very dark roots 😆

I'm slowly realizing this season that I can't even sit through 4 minutes of skating in the LPs anymore

Can’t read Russian. Who’s this? I recognized Aliev but he’s been around forever.

I can't believe how "Moulin Rouge" used to be my favorite movie 20 years ago. Figure skating and actually diving into the life and works of Toulouse Lautrec have cured me from that.

But Lutfullin is doing very well, Mishin's boy.

I've clearly forgotten all the Russian alphabet I'd learned by squinting a few years ago
I used to understand most letters from studying Greek but have forgotten that too. Don’t know this guy either. His jumps are a wing and a prayer.
