Marinin's wife is a beautiful dancer. (She's not the rhythmic gymnast at the Mariinsky with the same last name who was once involved with Yagudin.)

you know, as for Yagudin, he insists, that even relations with other girls were not useless for him, that he was learning. "I have passed the exam" - he adds looking at Tatiana. Totmyanina answers, that other relations taught her nothing, because every person is individual. Yet anyway Yagudin doesn't care, that somebody was "involved" with her. Not about this topic, but Totmyanina said, that Yagudin doesn't take offence and teaches her not to take offence. (she said, that he would't take offence, when she said, that he was a clown)
Actually... he needs to touch everyone, to hug everyone, to play - even when he isn't "involved" with other girls. It seems, Tatiana has learned to forgive him.

I guess... it wouldn't be easy to find another unearthly woman who would be able to be SO patient. I guess... Yagudin undestands that.
That is why their story is extremely beautiful for me. Actually... they both are extremely patient now.

He said at the time that sex is difficult between an athlete and a dancer, because between the two of them, something was always hurting. I'd suppose from that they were involved.

Totmianina is not a stupid person: it's not like she expected him to be a 30-year-old virgin. It's a good thing he learned something along the way, or it's unlikely they'd be as happy as they are today.

@lala This is not to be mean or anything, and I also have skaters I don't like as much as other skaters...but you don't let any chance pass you to write something negative about Yagudin, do you? Let it go. You can still be the crazy Plushenko-über, without dragging Yags down constantly. I been wanting to write it for a while, and now I did. No hard feelings;):40beers:

You are right I don't like Yagudin not because he beat Plush in 2002 but because of the present.:angryfire I liked him, I was a fan in some years. After I didn't care about him. But you know I learned my behavior from Yagudin fans, from Plushenko's haters.:p
But you are wrong I sincerely say ( Rina Rus :40beers: ) I didn't want to attack Yags with my previous post!!! I just find this article funny and it suited to the subject. This is an aticle in tabloid.:cold: Who cares of it seriously? I promise If I find such article about Plushenko I will show here.:lol:

Lala, do you know what is the most funny about it? Nobody knows the truth about their bed, but anyway Tatiana forgives everything. That's the point! I'm happy, that I love them both. :) I hug you, Lala!!! Did you expect another answer? :) She forgives him. Their kids are amazingly relaxed and happy. I'm happy to share this happiness with you, because you want to be fair (even if you don't like him, even if you always won't like him). It's OK. Yet harmony in this pair is amazingly beautiful. (Yagudin doesn't like the word "love", but the word "harmony" is his word; and the word "absolutely" is his word)

:) I don't understand...if any woman has money to buy an expensive dress she and her husband don't live in harmony?
Yana made a very "royal" wedding I'm sure Evgeni didn't care of those details what will be the cake, the decoration etc.
Yana and Evgeni live in that society where the people organize expensive weddings. You can be sure there are harmonic marriages in that place, too. And if you watched the dance video ^^ noticed how tender Evgeni is with Yana. I follow Evgeni thus I know he is very kind and respectful with the women all the time. The women are melted you believe me.
And about Yana. Yes, she is not my favorite person she annoys me many times. But I like Evgeni and he loves Yana. They are a great, talented tandem, full of ideas, and they can accomplish them..Yana Rudkovskaya is a strong, smart, wise woman. She supports Evgeni all the time. On Twitter she follows many Evgeni fans thus she clearly knows he has many devoted women fans even today. ( If you watch Evgeni's videos under the videos you will find a woman's posts " My endless love", or this woman https://twitter.com/Petraev/with_replies , or these women https://www.instagram.com/evgeniplushenko.skater/ ) But she can handle it thus Evgeni can skate, can make shows, he can live in a happy marriage.

I posted last week in the French news thread, and will now add it here: Nathalie Pechalat and Jean Dujardin got married (on the same day as the British royal wedding). There's an article with lots of pics in the Daily Mail, which I will not link to because I think it was meant to be a private event.

Looked it up - I really like her dress! And they do look really happy.
Also, Daily Mail can be complete and horrid trash sometimes, but on this, I do have to commend the tabloid on blurring out their daughter's face.

I really wish more people skated to the music from The Artist (Denis Ten being the most notable to have done so). The ending dance scene in the movie is so great, it's hard to believe (to a non-dancer's eyes) that he never danced before.
