Courageous and informative blog by obstacle racer Amelia Boone discussing her history with an eating disorder. While I wasn't familiar with her before this blog, the issues she discusses are similar to many of the issues certain skaters and other female athletes have discussed. Kudos to her for seeking more intensive treatment.
