Conti/Macii in the mixed: 1st day in the village and on Olympic ice; surreal to be here. Injury happened on 12/28, thr3Lo error and had a tear in the knee. Didn’t skate for 15 days, on crutches. Knee brace is for precaution, but she is back to doing everything.
Conti/Macii more on injury: Torsion is the issue when she feels pain, like takeoff of her sal, pick on the twist, and landing of the throws

ALERT! Peacock added Feb. 6th Training in the practice rink (same time as Team Event Day 1 competition). I just scrolled back as far as I could and saw that Amber was the only woman in Group 4 (12:25-13:00 local time) who showed up - no Isabeau (Schild, Spours, Gubanova & Alysa were all busy competing).

Group 1: Julia Sauter
Group 2: Mariia Seniuk
Group 3: Nina Pinzarrone (ETA jumps landed in her "Send in the Clowns" SP RT were 2A, 3Lz+3T & 3Lo)

Now let's see if any Team Event Men show up for the final practice of the day...

Yuma Kagiyama is on the ice for the team event practice! Group 2 was first up. Camera is staying on him. Daniel Grassl is first to skate his SP RT (not shown); Gogolev & Appleby also are here.

Yuma’s SP RT jumps were 4T+3T, 4S (not his usual smooth flow out), and a big, high, floaty 3A. Later he did a beautiful 4S during Cha’s SP music (he was not here) and got off the ice early. Gogolev’s Rach 2 FS music was played but Peacock did not show him. Got a quick glimpse of Appleby falling out of a 3F(?) followed by 2 spins and his final footwork seq. during his “Another Love” SP RT.

Team Event Men's practice group 1 - only 2 showed up - Nika Egadze (with Tutberidze and Richaud) and Adam Siao Him Fa (with Cedric Tour & Richaud).

I assumed Ilia’s music would be played but it was Maxim’s Chopin SP (Ilia had practiced earlier in the 11:40-12:15 session).

Nika warmed up with lots of edge pulls on both feet. His SP RT: no jumps; did footwork seq. only. Afterwards he landed 3A, 3A, 4T & 3?T during Maxim’s SP music (not here), then 4S+3T, 4S+3T, 2?Lz during Boyang’s SP music (Jin was also a no show).

Adam FS RT (camera couldn’t see him crouched by the boards before he started ) - jumps landed: 4Lz eked out/pitched forward, 4T, 4T+3T very close to boards, 4S+1Eu+2S / 3A+2A, 3A off balance landing, 3Lz.

Turkkila and Versluis commented in FFSA's press release that the quality of ice in the practice rink is not very good. Main rink is fine.

2 more practice streams have been added to Peacock - Team Event Women's & regular Women's practice is the final event in the practice rink today:

I just found Training tile for tomorrow [Saturday, Feb. 7] at 12:15 p.m. ET and another Training tile for Sunday at 7:00 a.m. ET.
