Wow! I’ve been getting a bunch of videos in my facebook feed of Oksana skating.

Same here. She appears to be having fun but wonder how much of it is trying to reinvent herself after that phase of her life. I do think going by what I am seeing she would be a good coach with kids and also adult skaters going by her personality, which are important demographics in the grass roots aspects of the sport. More importantly I hope she finds happiness in her life.

As with messy divorces it looks like the truth is somewhere in the middle.

TBH she has seemed a bit off her rocker in many of the videos she posted. I had hoped it was just eccentricity and not substance abuse or mental illness, but I fear my initial instincts may have been correct.

My thoughts go out to her daughter. Perhaps Oksana has done a good thing by giving up custody. And sorry-not-sorry, but if the allegations have any basis in reality she should be nowhere near children.

I just wish her ex-husband sounded better; IIRC he was also behind some of the bizarre lawsuits she filed a few years ago.

I believe all of these lawsuits were tossed out, and she was ordered to pay legal fees because the suits were deemed to be frivolous.
