Having lived in Baltimore/suburbs my entire life (except for college and grad school), i'm aware of that.
Not sure where you are, but most of us in the suburbs refer to our home as "Baltimore" when talking to out-of-towners. I don't think we need to get too technical for this particular discussion. In his interview on the Worlds broadcast, Nathan referred to the location of his program as "Baltimore". I think he actually lived in the city, based on his IG posts.
