@momnatur, it seems Dreams on Ice will be broadcasted by a cable TV (paid channel). Sounds Japanese figure skating fans are unlikely to live-stream a TV program by a paid channel due to copy rights thing. I wonder if someone on Chinese site or somewhere else might do. I'm looking forward to seeing new competitive programs to be revealed from team Japan members as well as Nathan tomorrow.

BTW, I heard Zagitova will reveal her new SP at THE ICE.

No real info there. But they have been touring, and most of the dance teams that have been touring aren't even signed up for the GP. It could be a matter of just wanting more time to prepare programs. (All of the Challenger events on the list with Japanese athletes above are pre-GP season Challengers).

It sounds to me like Daisuke Takahashi is planning to take his time in preparing to return to competition and he may be focusing on competing in Japan rather than internationally.

Takahashi is no Sasha Cohen and has been training very hard for months. He is not joking!

Parhaps you should ask that question to JSF who as of today still has to aknowledge and adress Takahashi's comeback.

This was a good program but I don't see why it needs another season

I wonder if it's because her physical condition doesn't allow her to practice a new FS or whatever.

This article says Mai's physical condition got worse with the medicine she used, so she changed medicines to a new one four months ago. The new one caused bad side effects, ie now her cheeks are badly reddish due to allergic reactions etc.

I checked the website of the Japanese show-biz management company named Oscar. It still has Marin's name on it. So, Marin now has two management companies. For what? Dunno One for inside of Japan and another for outside of Japan? I wish she has left Oscar since it's a known company for OTT hyping their singers, actresses, athletes etc. And it often ends up with increasing anti-fans.
