The season 2020/21 was challenging to say the least and led to the cancellation of numerous events. Nonetheless in celebration of Figure Skating a special edition of the ISU Skating Awards will be held this year. The Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented and the public will be treated to an amazing show, featuring some of the greatest athletes from around the world and some exclusive interviews at the ISU Skating Awards on July 10, 2021, which will be live streamed on the Skating ISU YouTube channel.

An exclusive behind the scenes glimpse at how Skaters such as Alexandra Trusova, Anna Shcherbakova and Alena Kostornaia train. A special surprise will be prepared with Anastasia Mishina/Aleksandr Galliamov, Aleksandra Boikova/Dmitrii Kozlovskii, Petr Gumennik and another great performance will feature Elizaveta Tuktamysheva, Mikhail Kolyada and Evgeni Semenenko.
The likes of Madison Chock/Evan Bates, Bradie Tennell, Vanessa James/Eric Radford, Ivan Righini and Starr Andrews will also take center ice to perform exclusive content.

Quite an enjoyable show...esp the Lifetime Achievement Awards to Torvill/Dean and to super coaches Moskiva & Mishin...with Maxim Trankov’s antics while surprising Moskvina & Mishin with their trophies. Trankov, in fact, almost stole the show in his numerous appearances during break-aways to Russia.

Oh...and Starr’s looking great, too. Loving her Afro ‘do!

Worst part: Tanith & Charlie’s corny interview with Rika & Yuma. That thing went on forever. Embarrassingly bad.

Best part for me was Chock and Bates. It's far too long . Tanith and Charlie present it well but you can see Charlie reading .Tanith is better.
