ISU Communications re. Single & Pair Skating in 2026/27 season

Are big changes coming? Or are they just being proposed? The article acts as if they were agreed upon but the next ISU meeting where NGBs vote on changes hasn't happened yet.

The new ISU Constitution that was adopted last summer gives the ISU Council a lot more control and the feds far less control over approving proposed changes at the biennial ISU Congress. I'm not sure the feds realized the power they were giving up when they cast their votes for the new ISU Constitution.
