Halifax To Host 50th Skate Canada

On the Scotiabank Centre’s site it says no re-entry after a ticket has been used. Does anyone know if that holds for day-long events? It will be painful to be stuck inside from first practice to last competition

The tickets are not for the full day - there is one ticket for Friday evening; two tickets for Saturday (1 for RD & Men SP; 1 for Pairs & Women FS) and one ticket for Sunday. If you bought the all-event package there is also one ticket for practice on Thursday.

Does anyone know if the practices after Thursday will be open to all event ticket holders? I’m not seeing a ticket for them or any way to purchase separate tickets.

For those visiting the city and not staying downtown, there’s some added traffic disruptions this week that are expected to add to Halifax’s traffic issues. Leave extra time to get there (and avoid the Cogswell area).

Not cold at all. Even with very few people here watching practice. A light jacket should be fine.
