Peacock showed it in slow motion from multiple angles to explain why she got the 2-point deduction originally. But, they haven't explained the change in the score.

ETA: I think the women making the choices for the team are well aware of Leanne's vault problem and can't possibly believe that putting her on the vault in the final would be smart.

The EAGLE OFF between Germany and the USA is ironically one of my favorite parts of worlds and Olympics. Manly! Predator! Who can have the MOST EAGLE!
