So, I completely overslept right through the FD and decided to watch the final 5 of that before I turned on the men. That was a regrettable choice. As such, I only watched Torgy, Naumov & Britschgi from the first group, but I'm here for the final group of men.
Torgs – these baggy shirts are so unattractive on him; this music is terrible for him – oh, he’s trying the Ilia approach – except, don’t come at me Torgy-stans – he doesn’t have the same cool factor that Ilia has. That was better than yesterday, so his hopes for the 3rd Oly spot are still alive.
Frangi – I’m gonna fast-forward through this because that score and the 2.0 in deductions tell me all I really need to know about how he did.
Economides – see Frangi above.
Naumov – just sort of sloppy all-around & not making much of a case for either the SkAm TBD spot or the Olympics, but that score is probably enough to keep him in the conversation…
Pitot – it appears he stopped Torgy’s upward trajectory in the overall standings, barely, but since I’m trying to catch up to the live by the time the last group of men take the ice, I’m also FFWing through im.
Britschgi – oh, Lukas, this costume is terrible – and you’ve had some questionable ones in past seasons, but this one takes the cake. Why are so many men thinking they can pull off the sleeveless look in recent seasons? Chris jinxed him! Dream start and then Lukas proceeds to pop the loop, lol. The program itself isn’t bad, but this costume needs to GO.
