If you are still wanting to create one, you need to do it from your phone after you download it from your app store. They don't allow web-based sign-ups anymore. But from the phone, it should be as straight-forward as picking a user name and password, and then likely clicking on a confirmation email.thank you

Depending on the medic there, if the cut requires stitches, they may not let her skate. (This happened to a friend of mine and kept their dance team from qualifying for Nationals.)
