Volunteers (there seem to be masses of them here - unless it's a mix of volunteers and staff in the uniforms) were assembling the furniture in the kiss and cry this afternoon. Then one of the guys laid down on the couch briefly. It was cute.
I assume it's elevated so much because there's hockey glass all around the rink, so that puts it just above the glass. Most often there's a small podium at about board height I think.
BTW, it's completely sold out for Saturday (somebody was begging for a ticket at the booth as I was leaving). They're a bit surprised it's so much better than last year.

sure if I will go for it here or only at the Nationals. I have landed it many times in practice but in the program it is more difficult. But the challenge brings some positive excitement.”
and it also happened to me at the European Championships this year. 
feel ready and excited for their GP season to start.
