I think it was just for those few games that were on CBS. I was so anxious about Paul Wylie that year that I spent the day at my parents so I could see anything I could. They didn't show any of the top skaters (all saved for CBS) but I did learn he was in 3rd after the short. I was out of control with joy and a hazard on the road as I drove to work. Peter Carruthers and Nick ? (who knew absolutely nothing about skating) were in the studio.

The late Nick Charles, longtime broadcaster for CNN/Turner Broadcasting until his untimely passing to cancer at 64.

Tonya Harding 1988 US Figure Skating Championships

She skated well and placed 4th in the freeskate behind Thomas, Trenary, and Kadavy. The technical content she was attempting was at an entirely different level than that of the top finishers.

I had to divide in two parts, just like FD, because the video clips were from two different video resolution. I tried to keep the order of the skaters as much as I could but some of the Pairs you see in Group 2 have skated before some of those you see in Group 1, and viceversa.

Wonderful to see Zhou come back here. He skated so miserably in 2018. Brown, in a rare choke. The S4 is one thing but he looked to struggling all thee way through. Jason had an amazing career in amongst all the jumping phenoms. We were lucky to have him.
