Combine threads?

This is not urgent, but I was just wondering if the following 2 threads in GSD should be combined under a new title:

Philip Hersh tweets about possible changes in judging
ISU definitely considering radical changes

Both threads are now discussing the same IceNetwork article that appeared yesterday: http://web.icenetwork.com/news/2017/09/11/253667206

The new thread could be titled something like: "ISU floats radical changes", "ISU proposes major changes to figure skating", etc.
