I want to give Christmas Stockings to 6 kids ranging from 2 -15. They are my grandchildren.

15 yr male, 14 yr female, 12 yr male, 12 yr old female, almost 8 yr female, almost 3 yr female

• The 2 older are already getting significant $$$ gift cards. So that's off the table.
• Things like toothbrushes, underwear, socks, which I used to put in my kids socks, I think should be parents.

Like last year, I'll put double stuff Oreos cookies snack packs (those were gone in a hot moment). I had stress balls to keep them entertained at Thanksgiving.

Help?

Candy is good for all.

For the tweens: Lip gloss for the tween girls. Maybe something small related to a hobby, e.g., a couple cookie cutters if they like to bake, or a few tubes of paint for an artist. Stuff to decorate backpacks like zipper pulls or pins.

I asked for an office-style laser pointer because of the dozen or so presentations that I do each year and for when I lead outdoor activities and need to point to something in the distance. If the older kids have to do a lot of presentations at school, maybe that could be a different and useful kind of stocking gift. Just a tip - if the presentations are shown on a large tv type screen, the pointers do not always work. Movie tickets (gift card) have always been well received, but movies are getting quite spendy these days.

They get a lot of candy or fudge around the table at meals/deserts. The cookies are sweet but not overly sweet.

In the past I've done hand lotion or Bee's Balm.

The boys are the hardest. It's not cool to have zipper pull things. I don't know an appropriate amount of game dollars (I think called vbucks?)

My girls are almost 12 and 9. They love little squishmallows, any kind of neutral makeup (lip gloss, blush, Lipsmackers etc.), bath bombs, fuzzy socks, etc. This year they're both dying for the Wicked hair accessories - there are bows and scrunchies, barrettes, Wet brand hairbrushes, etc.
We've also put in bracelets or bracelet-making kits (those are HUGE this year), small craft kits, paints, etc.

I have no experience with boys' stockings, but a couple of my friends have elementary-aged sons. I know they also do bath bombs, but also things like magazines, small lego sets, paints, markers, etc.

I think I got something fun/needed for 2 males in sports. Stinky shoes and or sports bags - if nothing else their parents/sisters/girlfriends will appreciate it

It depends on their gaming system. There are a ton of them, unfortunately. Best to ask the parents which ones they want gift cards for. That's how you give them money for their accounts so that part is easy. The hard part is knowing which ones.

There is Xbox, Roblox, Nintendo, Steam, etc., etc. It drove me crazy when I was buying stuff for kids that age. :)
