Are you ready for some Football (NFL style) - 2025/2026 season?

Ugly wins are still wins (especially against the Browns who we've struggled against in the past for some reason).....let's just take the win and move on to the next game. Who Dey!! :cheer:

Wow that Baltimore/Buffalo game was wild. Two great teams going at it to the very end.
This is the second year in a row we opened the season on the road against the team that knocked us out of the playoffs the year before, and the game came down to the last second. I feel.that whoever does the NFL scheduling hates us. :drama:

Yeah I won't forget the "out by a toenail" game last year. Jets, Dolphins, Patriots, Saints, Falcons, Panthers: Those are the next six opponents for the Bills. So as long Josh stays healthy I think they have to be a big frontrunner for the number one seed. And yet I think the Ravens have all the pieces (and maybe more than Buffalo.) But the schedule is tougher.

In my mind we are embarking on Chiefs part 4. One was when Andy came to a dismal team to coach. Two was when Patrick became the QB. Three was when Tyreek was traded away and a stout defense was built with the multiple draft picks given for Tyreek (I miss him still.) And now four...holes in the defense, injuries already on the offense. And the offensive line....I dunno. They've had a great run but I'm not sure that kind of success is sustainable. We will see. I know the team I watched in Brazil would not have a shot in hell against the teams we just watched. It is early though.

After watching the pats on Sunday, I'll probably just go back to wearing a paper bag over my head. :drama:

Also, I love Taylor Swift and have since before many of her fans were born, but she does not have an English teacher vibe AT ALL.

I don't pay much attention to Travis Kelce. I lean towards thinking he doesn't have a gym teacher vibe either, but I am operating on almost no info.

The analysts this morning are saying the same. Rice is still suspended. X won't play today

Distractions, distractions, distractions. 1587 had it's soft opening on Friday, Travis is distracted as would anyone engaged to super star Taylor. The Reign series had red carpet premiere 3 weeks ago. Distractions.

Still a fan, but

I don't want to sound overly critical, but I kind of thought that the minimum standard for a field goal kicker was being able to make a PAT. Someone should let the patriots know...

Are they the team that called up the high school coach as a kicker before the first game? Or was that the Ravens?

If you are a Lions fan, you are very happy watching how both the offense and defense are playing. Pretty impressive

Y'all n Detroit beat our Bears into the turf! Chicago terribly overrated as if this new QB is almost a sure thing; NOT! :cautious:😕

It definitely wasn't the Ravens.

Our kicker made all his kicks today and we beat Joe Flacco (although i do have to tip my hat to the guy, still out there at age 40) in our 30th season home opener! Glad they could come back strong after the collapse in Buffalo last week.

I think all Dallas fans are thanking god for Brandon Aubrey today! 64 yard field goal to send the game into overtime, then the game winning field goal at the end!

The sports shows will be eating Dallas alive tomorrow! I can't wait! Wilson keeps getting ressurected it seems w/ Dallas making no name rookies look great at times going back to the 90's of futility after an era of success! This delayed the KC/Philly game! It took Dallas the entire OT to overcome the Giants! :wall:😱

An ugly win is still a win!

Only to a desperate fan! An elite team is expected to trounce half the league! Dallas hasn't been elite outside of their egos in yrs.! Social media is going to eat them alive tonite & tmrw.! Jerry was so shaken up there in his box as his team needed so much to get this win from the lowly Giants! :wall::40beers::grandpa:

So....Fox must have sold the heck out of commercial time for this "game of the week, super bowl rematch" game

Every break has 6 commercials before going back to game action

It was not like this for Bears-Lions
