Well, that's probably the best he'll skate that. He's another who does best when there's no pressure. But, the boy can move when he wants to.

I have no doubt that's the best he'll skate it this year, and I can just about guarantee that in January I will be crying over my love of headcase skaters.

If Starr Andrews could pick anyone's signature move she'd pick Jason Brown's spirals which is super relatable.

Well, it was nice to see skating even if most of these will be exhibitions. I do hope Tomoki and Andrew turn their programs into competitive programs.

Jason's skating is beautiful, but the program's music doesn't move me as much as his stretch and spins and finished moves.

And... this was not the music I was expecting from Courtney Hicks.

My ranking: Savary, Hiwatshi (most artistic, no; displaying the most sense of fun and joy in skating, yes!) and a Dolensky/Brown tie for third. :p

ETA: I will not be taking feedback. :saint:

I'd rank Hiwatashi (same reasoning), Torgashev then Brown. Jason is a beautiful skater, but that was just a generic example of his ability to spin and stick his leg in the air.

I think Jason's skating is absolutely amazing. I think the program needs some time to grow. I'd probably adore it by the end of a full season.

Jason in class of his own!!
Andrew T absolutely feels the music. Great surprise.
Tom D. Super, as expected.

Cheers to Courtney Hicks with top score among Ladies (6th).

I also loved Hiwatashi...he’s become quite the artistic skater!

I thought that Poojah K could have scored higher had the camerawork been better...she moved so beautifully to the music. Was zooming not allowed? Why did Poojah seem so far away, compared to the rest?

Thank you Peggy Fleming Trophy organizers! This was fun!!!
