There is nothing about Jia's skating or expression in this program that make me think 'dark and moody' despite Belinda telling me that's what the intent is. Well-skated, for sure, but so vanilla rather than dark chocolate.

So many of you say you want non-subjective scoring, but you really don't. I don't care as long as the same yardstick is used for all the skaters in a competition. If URs are called, fine. Call them for every skater and let the best skater win. If they aren't called, that's fine too as long as the nudge, wink wink is applied to every skater. Consistency FTW

It's quite crazy how she leans back on every single jump mid-air and somehow is able to still land upright. Way outside the circle every single time.

I had absolutely zero positive to say about her skating quality in the past but she's really worked to soften up, hold stuff, and not clunk around. Far away from great, but not bad like it was before.

This is Schild’s best program by far. The choreographer did a lot with what little they had to work with

Loop looked short to me, and the combo is always leaning every which way.

I always find myself watching her jumps in amazement because it feels like they simply should not be happening.

It wouldn't work because they need the start order more than 20 minutes before, but it would be so amusingly chaotic if they had to skate in reverse order of current team rank.
