No. Revise this immediately. There is no way that Ilia will be doing both portions of the TE. Pairs is the last individual event of the Olympics. Whichever pairs team does the TE will do both phases of it.

Because he & Gabi skipped the TE in 2018 & I can't see any reason he'd want to so it this time. It isn't as if he & Lolo are inexperienced Olympians.

There is already a 2026 qualification thread in GSD where we've been speculating on the TE for months.

They're inexperienced as a team, though, and we all know how influential reputation and recent results are in dance. FB/C aren't P/C and they won't be going into Milan as multiple world champions with 4 or 8 years of dominance. Unless they come out next season and win most everything, they may need to use the TE to convince the Olympic judges that they are the ones to beat.

Do you think Liza would like to return? I know Russia is teeming with small girls who can turn quads and some of that ability will stay for a few post puberty so they will get the call. I'd love to see Liza compete for someone nearby and return.

I don't think she'll be coming back to competition - she was there working for Okko, a Russian streaming service.
