They’ll charge you 10 cents per bag. If you a nylon one that folds small, might as well bring it. And don’t forget a chip clip, a few plastic bags to store opened items, and a baggie or two for your smuggled snacks.
I will test out Red’s in the Boston Public Market tomorrow and report back. It is cold/mayo rather than butter.Any recommendations for a lobster roll around TD Garden?
I like Neptune, but it’s pricey. Red’s Best in Boston Public Market is very good. People say nice things about Luke’s in Back Bay.Any recommendations for a lobster roll around TD Garden?
The shuttle from the Marriott is just for those with credentials, not spectators. The Sheraton and Colonnade are providing spectator shuttles, but I think you have to be a hotel guest there to use it. ...
Thanks for the correction. Yes, I meant the hotel guests of the official/spectator hotels. They're all within a few blocks of each other anyway.
OMDBOK, I expect to see pics of all of you decked out in the Worlds exclusive hair accessories collection.https://www.instagram.com/p/DHeB0UaAFQO/?igsh=MWI2OGVpOHY4dzR0MQ==

Not to toot my own horn, but I think my own recipe, which you've sampled, are better. The Levain recipe is almost a cross between cookies and cake in texture.

Yes, I can see the ISU's insurance company paying out the costs necessary to remove Worlds from Boston. Except, as we all learned 5 years ago, force majeure wouldn't apply in the current situation, so, no, the ISU would lose its shirt if it tried to move Worlds on this short of notice.Worlds should have been removed from the US, US has become an enemy authoritarian country under Trump Administration several european countries and Canada have issued travel warning advisories today.
You are not completely wrong. I don't think we are the 'enemy' and honestly, if the more civilized wanted to deny the US the right to host international events because of Trump, then I would not be happy, but I would have a tough time defending my country. Keep in mind, there is and will be a growing difference under Trump between cities like Boston v. cities like Houston, at least that is what I am seeing, or hoping for. By patronizing a city like Boston, you are helping the fiercest resisters to Trump.Worlds should have been removed from the US, US has become an enemy authoritarian country under Trump Administration several european countries and Canada have issued travel warning advisories today.
I mean, some people want to believe that ice dance judges who engage in bloc judging are going to be morally self-righteous enough to take international geo-politics into consideration when marking the teams in Boston...Bless your heart.
What of?I am Canadian. I am going. I am scared.
I'm sorry.I am Canadian. I am going. I am scared.
Probably would have been scarier last month when the NHL's Four Nations Faceoff Final was being played at TD Garden than it will be this coming week.I am Canadian. I am going. I am scared.
I sincerely hope your SM is politics-free, or more specifically free of anything anti the current regime. They're checking through people's phones at the border.I am Canadian. I am going. I am scared.
They could refuse entry to half the Americans at the border if that were the only standard, believe me. They’re looking for immigrants or visitors with specific links to Hamas or Hezbollah or researchers on topics the government doesn’t like. That’s awful enough but just today three of our friends who have posted plenty of stuff against our government (and theirs) got thru Dulles uneventfully on tourist visas. Don’t panic.I sincerely hope your SM is politics-free, or more specifically free of anything anti the current regime. They're checking through people's phones at the border.
Many stories are starting to emerge now of people being refused entry or detained for very little reason.
Good luck! Probably everything will be fine.
I think that's the main focus, along with people who have ties to the drug cartels, as well as MS-13 and Tren de Aragua. But I'm honest enough to admit I've seen stories of people being denied who were trying to re-enter the country on a tourist visa while posting on their social media about working for board & lodging during their last tourist visit, people who had been flagged for open legal charges pending against them (either in the US or in another country), or people who got denied at one port of entry flying to another port of entry and trying to enter again then being detained. Those are all perfectly valid reasons to deny entry or detain someone, but my guess is that pretty much everyone coming to the US for an event like Worlds are not going to fall into any of those categories and they're going to be fine & have a perfectly lovely visit. They could refuse entry to half the Americans at the border if that were the only standard, believe me.
