Netherlands – so, he’s deliberately choosing to sing most of this song with a nasal tone because he started out quite nice; and he’d be better off if he stayed with that tone because this nasally affectation is causing him to go off-key; or maybe he’s just not the greatest of singers & he can only sing well for a few bars. He’s cute. Song isn’t quite as interesting & worthy of car-bopping as the UK’s. Definitely in the middle of the pack so far along with UK, Estonia, Israel & Spain.
