CBC has posted their streaming/TV schedule for the GP series up to Grand Prix de France: https://www.cbc.ca/sports/olympics/winter/figure-skating/broadcast

Looks like all disciplines for each event will be streamed, with a bit of TV coverage for Skate Canada International.

Interesting side note, under the heading of "Enhance Live Streaming and Production Initiatives" in their 2022 - 2026 Strategic Plan (page 17) , Skate Canada discusses their plans for streaming Canadian events:
ELS’s ultimate goal is to create a series of productions for National and Sectional events that include national commercials and spots for local advertisers thus providing revenue to both Skate Canada and each section. The equipment acquired will also be used in the television quality productions Skate Canada will create for marquee events. In addition to generating revenue, this provides an opportunity for important Skate Canada messages on strategic priorities to be delivered to a broad audience. The main production studio is located in Vancouver, British Columbia. A national backdrop will be established in the studio with the intention that a “show” will be created for viewing at regular intervals. A secondary studio will also be established in Montreal to ensure there are high-quality live streamed events in French.

Going forward, the intention is that all Skate Canada events will be live streamed and that sectional events, including the Sectional Championships, will be produced to engage fans across the country and internationally. Several well-known retired elite athletes will act as hosts providing technical analysis to the viewing audience. We will use ELS to tell the story of figure skating in Canada, raise the profile of our rising stars, and attract new audiences.
While we saw some of this implemented last season, I'm going to be very curious to see the ongoing development. Ted Barton mentioned on one of the JGP broadcasts that he had done an in-depth interview with Piper Gilles at HPC to be used down the road.

The little I heard about this new show is that it is meant to provide opportunities to connect with clubs, skaters and teams in Canada so it will likely only be on YT.

Can we watch that on CBC Gem?
So I was just on gem.ca website and it would appear the answer is YES.

Here is the link for the Pairs Short Program - https://gem.cbc.ca/live/2082637891909

ETA:
Personally, I prefer to watch on the ISU YouTube channel because it has been identical content and I can easily pause, skip backward and forward to anywhere on the stream as wanted. I also find the YouTube feed has way less buffering issues. To date I have never found CBC to block the ISU channel. Hopefully they don't start this year.

This is the link for the Pairs Short Program on ISU YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7YWHSk-qAhU

A word of warning - the CBC Sports stream may be all that's available to those in Canada for Skate Canada International.

It appears that the ISU YouTube stream may be geoblocked in Canada for this event, perhaps as there is some CBC TV coverage. The individual event links are showing on the ISU YouTube stream already but only if I choose another country via VPN.

Thanks for the heads up @victorskid - I seem to remember a similar thing happening last year but once it came down to it, those ISU YouTube links did eventually show up. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

But, just in case, (for those in Canada or those using a Canadian VPN), here are the links for the livestream I found on GEM (gem.cbc.ca).
Looks like they are using a single link for full day live streaming although on the CBC sports website's streaming schedule it lists the events individually.
The GEM description for the links Friday & Saturday simply says "ISU GRAND PRIX OF FIGURE SKATING: SKATE CANADA INTERNATIONAL.
The Sunday link does specify that it's for the Gala.

Friday, Oct. 28 1:55 PM - https://gem.cbc.ca/live/2082651203622

Event Schedule
14:00 WOMEN SHORT PROGRAM
15:50 ICE DANCE RHYTHM DANCE
18:45 PAIR SHORT PROGRAM
20:10 MEN SHORT PROGRAM

Saturday, Oct. 29 - 1:00 PM - https://gem.cbc.ca/live/2088314947733

Event Schedule
13:15 WOMEN FREE PROGRAM
15:25 ICE DANCE FREE DANCE
18:00 PAIR FREE PROGRAM
19:36 MEN FREE PROGRAM

Sunday, Oct. 30 - https://gem.cbc.ca/live/2088526915954

Event Schedule
14:00 EXHBITION GALA

I couldn't seem to locate the actual non-gem links on CBC sports website, but Friday's stream can be accessed from this page - https://www.cbc.ca/sports/olympics/...am-figure-skating-skate-canada-2022-1.6622020

ETA: I figured out the CBC sports website live stream link for Friday - https://www.cbc.ca/player/play/2082651203622/

(Basically all you have to do is substitute "https://www.cbc.ca/player/play/" for "https://gem.cbc.ca/live/" and add on the same number at the end.)

Well CBC is the host broadcaster so that may confer rights regardless of the list.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll be babysitting tomorrow (starting shortly after 7:00 am ... GAH!) right up until just before SC starts. So, I'll be more than ready to drop into my chair and hook up to any links you point me to. :)

Just a head's up. We have 3 different models of cable boxes connected to the same provider and each one is showing a different schedule for CBC's TV broadcast of today's figure skating ranging from noon Central Time to 2 pm Central Time.

Based on information at CBC's website, noon seems to be the most likely time. A week or so ago their schedule was showing 2 pm. I have decided to just turn on CBC TV now and see what happens and when, lol.

Ladies Free Dance is at 1:10pm Eastern Time on Gem and the CBC website.

Quite annoyed that replays are only on the website and not Gem (linked to my AppleTv and where I can see it on bigger screen).

Anyone have a magic link for today’s (Tues, 10 Jan) CNats? I’ve been on DailyMotion and can’t find anything, but I haven’t tried a temporary move to Toronto yet.

Was there no commentary on these streams? Do they plan on telecasting commentary versions of 4CC soon?

Will there be commentary on Worlds?

ETA: Oh nvm, Skate Talker's post answers everything. Sad that there was no commentary on 4CC.

There was commentary on the CBC live stream, but it wasn't CBC specific (i.e. it wasn't Ted Barton) - it was a British guy who has done ISU commentary in the past. I want to say his name is Cris something?

I don't know where else to post this - but Brenda Irving has been nominated for "Best Sports Play-by-Play Announcer" for the 2023 Canadian Screen Awards.

The commentator's name is Chris Howarth and he was employed by the ISU. CBC just uses the ISU stream with a CBC watermark.

Who is expected to commentate?

The streams marked as CBC Sports and their corresponding CBC TV broadcasts will most likely be the core team of Brenda Irving, Carol Lane, and Kurt Browning. I am going to be surprised if they bring in any of their "extra" discipline specific commentators for such an abbreviated bit of coverage.

The ones marked CBC Sports Late Night are almost certainly just repeats of what was shown the previous afternoon, or perhaps even only partial repeats given the reduced time showing on my tv grid right now. So basically just 6 hours of coverage and even at that I'm not sure if the Sunday coverage is competition or gala. I know the April 01/02 coverage is specifically listed as gala but I don't think that necessarily precludes the March 26 coverage also being the gala. Of course I hope it isn't. Also a word of warning - my tv grid is currently showing a different time for the Late Night repeats.

Also please note that the streaming schedule has changed from the one I previously posted. This is apparently their schedule as of the time I post this (in CDT so add an hour to live streams for ET and subtract 2 hours for PT etc.):

Tue Mar 218:45 p.m.ISU World Figure Skating Championships: Pairs Short Program
