It's going on right now, I believe in Mississauga. There's not a lot of information out there but Skate Canada has a few posts on their instagram stories with the hashtag #HPCamp21
Searching the tag on instagram or twitter doesn't lead to many posts though.

No, but it appears to be the skaters with grand prix assignments based on what's shown up on instagram. I've seen posts from Schizas, Bausback, Walsh/Michaud, James/Radford, Fournier-Beaudry/Sorensen, Messing, Nguyen so far.

I think the only grand prix bound skaters I haven't seen yet are Schumacher and Sales/Wamsteeker.

Sales/Wamsteeker posted an Instagram story about traveling to HPC the other day as well.

All skaters who are getting international assignments this season were invited to the camp. SC has some of its international judges there evaluating everyone's programs.
