Kirsten Moore-Towers & Michael Marinaro
SP: “Gimme All Your Love” by the Alabama Shakes
Choreographer: Julie Marcotte

Their FS is reportedly Damien Rice’s “The Blower’s Daughter”, which was playing during a practice clip posted to Instagram Stories a few days ago.

Cool choice for the short. The direction isn't much of a departure for them but the song itself has some interesting elements to play with. They'll probably do well with it although it might be even more rivetting from a pair with a little more heat to their dynamic.

Hope they revamped it. Music suited him, but the program was empty as hell.
All the missed potential in Samoilov :drama:

Considering how almost everyone is trying to do contemporary these days (which means Billie Eilish or a bunch of P/C-Inspired ballads or slow, acoustic covers of fast-paced pop songs), I don’t mind one skater of Miyahara’s caliber doing classical. We need one skater with classic movement and clean carriage, and finished moves out there just for our enjoyment.

Christina Carreira/Anthony Ponomarenko
FD: Doctor Zhivago, original soundtrack by Maurice Jarre and the 2002 soundtrack by Ludovico Einaudi
I'm discouraged by their selection. If both Christina/Anthony and Chock/Bates keep their respective rhythm dances they'll both be skating to Too Darn Hot. Then Christina/Anthony will skate to Doctor Zhivago, which was previously used by Chock/Bates. Christina/Anthony are practically asking for the comparison.
