And Yuma gave us a perfect level 4 step sequence. In total agreement.
I do not think Ilia was sufficiently marked down (or penis’d in FSU speak) for his crappy 3a.

The skating skills mark for for Malinin is still way too high though IMO.That restored my faith in fair judging for the time being.
Didn't it happen to Nathan both times? He blew both SPs right?Agreed. But I'd rather it happen today in the TE SP than in the Men's SP like it did for Nathan in 2018.
Yeah. He was listening to his mom rather than Raf, IIRC.Didn't it happen to Nathan both times? He blew both SPs right?
I guess we'll have to wait and see. That would suck if that's the difference between bronze & 4th this year. Will Gilles / Poirier regret not doing the free? I feel like they have more potential to finish ahead of the Italians for a crucial point.
This morning during a tour I met three separate groups of American tourists that were going to today's figure skating event. They all had 0 idea of what they were going to see, so much so I had to explain it was the team event. I am sure they were amongst the fans chanting ahah.USA chants from the stands, nah fam this goes to Japan.
Same here in Austria :-( We have Eurosport1 on TV free, but live Skating is mostly on the Eurosport/HBO stream (and not on TV), which is not free. So I just registered for HBO. I think you can cancel again after one month.Thank you so much, but it's geoblocked for me.
In Italy? After Euros, I suspect that GuiFab will be solid and Vincent part deux wouldn’t overcome Italians in love. Will Gilles / Poirier regret not doing the free? I feel like they have more potential to finish ahead of the Italians for a crucial point.

Possibly. But Italy is very likely to beat Canada in both pairs and women so a medal is a long shot. Will Gilles / Poirier regret not doing the free? I feel like they have more potential to finish ahead of the Italians for a crucial point.
Yes, but Nathan REALLY blew both SPs. Fell on both quad attempts. Ilia was just tight today.Didn't it happen to Nathan both times? He blew both SPs right?
The feed from the warmup area showed most everyone. The scheduling is a bit strange. 45 minutes to the Free Dance and we don't know the entries yet.
I know, at this point it has got to be C/B because there is no telling whether Z/K can beat team Georgia. We know they would be 3th or 4th which would not be enough to offset Japan with strong single and pairsThe scheduling is a bit strange. 45 minutes to the Free Dance and we don't know the entries yet.
If G/P realize they’re not likely to get an individual medal, they should do the FD for the team. Canada won’t beat Italy for the bronze given women and pairs but try your best anyway.
Entries are confirmed at 21:15, so the feds have literally just officially confirmed the FD entries. The scheduling is a bit strange. 45 minutes to the Free Dance and we don't know the entries yet.

Stephen is the new Mirai.Insane that Canada’s highest placement across the disciplines was in men’s. Love it.

And that's why Ilia needed to go in 2022 to get that Olympic experience under his belt.
Not that it matters, but ZingKol handily defeated DavSmo at Finlandia. I'm very confident that ZingKol would finish ahead of them in the TE FD if they were selected. And I'm pretty sure they'd beat LajLag, but it would be a closer battle.I know, at this point it has got to be C/B because there is no telling whether Z/K can beat team Georgia.
