Milano 2026 ticket prices revealed

I also have my slot today (while being in hospital), I hope it works. Heard from lots of people who have their slot today. Can you login before the time starts? I did reset my password yesterday and hope I manage to get in… It is a shame that you cannot choose seats. With Paris Olympics I bought the „best“ category and it was a terrible seat, really high up, the cheaper ones turned out to be better (well, it was rock climbing).

I think so. I think I was logged in and then hit refresh at 10:00 and then was "in line" for a few minutes. Don't get discouraged, it was quick.
 
I did it! We're going to the Olympics! Aaah!

I picked the cheapest seat categories but oh well. We're going to the team event since I wanted to go to the RD and/or FD but the Cat C seats sold out immediately. We may do resale for those, I don't know.

I'm so happy. We almost went to SLC 2002 but I was only 16.

The school district is gonna be so angry since it buts up against winter intercession, but they do nothing that week so whatever. I'll get so many truancy phone calls.

No shit. But we got tickets to RD/FD and both Men's segments (had to wait an extra three nail-biting minutes for Men's Free.)

I'm finally going to the Olympics! :cheer:

ETA: And bless good ole Cap One. They did hold up the transaction til I confirmed by code and text message but it went through. I would HOPE they would flag a transaction for thousands of Euros at 4 in the morning EST.
 
Citibank texted me freaking out about fraud then emailed me about it too :rofl: ETA now they blocked my card though the transaction went through so I have to call them to say yes, I purchased that, thanks.

Since it was 3 people I wish I could have purchased better seats, but hey, we'll be there so that is all that matters! I wasn't gonna pay 400+ euros per ticket.

You were lucky if you even saw any of the low-priced tickets! None was available by the time I got in.

In addition to men and dance, I splurged on the team event tickets (450 for the short, 750 for the long was the only available ticket :scream:). You only live once, right?

Now I need to start bugging my friends in Milan to see who has a guest room for me that week.....
 
I got tickets for the ice dance free and the men's free. But unfortunately there was no category C to choose from. Now we really have to save money. It was pretty exciting, but thank you to everyone who posted some information here yesterday. That was very helpful!

I am really lucky! If it was just me I would have splurged on better tickets in Cat A.

I can't find any hotels available at the moment and looking even January isn't available, so I assume a lot of it has to do with it's just too far out to book.
 
There are 280 RD but no FD right now, I checked. We didn't do the RD since I couldn't get 3 tickets, only 2 (I guess Mini and I could ditch Mr Lanie :shuffle: ). So I will try resale later.

I am getting ridiculous prices on booking com for hotels and most air bnbs won't accept booking so far ahead. I think they are looking to raise their prices and just haven't gotten to it yet. I was lucky to get a confirmation via AirBnB yesterday. It was around 630 euros for four nights.

Return to the website and try again during the day, you might get lucky. Carts expire etc.

I am seeing available tickets for FD (more expensive ones).
 
I ended up choosing different events than I thought I did :rofl: so we will be going to the day 2 team event and RD. I had all of it in my basket and changed things around. I'd love to go to the TE finals but oof cost. Originally I had day 1 and day 2 of the team event but realized it wouldn't work since we'd leave Feb 6th so Mini didn't miss too much school.

My first card (the one w/o foreign transaction fees) was declined. I spent over 30 minutes on phone with 2 different people at Chase, lost my tix, went back to do the events individually. Nothing worked, Chase said it was the merchant, not them, nothing more they could do.

Tried my debit card, bank sent me text to verify, had me go to mobile app, still declined. Tried calling fraud number, they aren't open 24/7. How comforting.

Tried my second cc. Still declined, called BoA. Fraud guy finally got it to work. I had him stay on the line with me while I did the other orders. Problem again with the Men FS but went through. He'll probably have a nice laugh with his colleagues in the break room over the panicked American trying to buy Oly tickets.

But I got the tix! RD, FD, Men FS! I'm going to the Olympics!

Why did you do separate transactions? I did it all at once.

Tell me about it. I was planning to do Team final + some dance + MS or some three days in a row towards the end of the games, and here I am going to the team event + the opening ceremony.

I really want to get TE finals to see the ladies, too. The cost is just insane for it. If it was just me, no problem; but 3 people? no. We can't afford that when we'll be paying an obscene amount of money on flights.

On top of that I'll be in Sheffield for Euros in January :rofl:

At least this is all in advance enough we've budgeted for it.

Yeah, I hear you. I lost the cheap tickets for that due to time limit and just thinking about what to do (and of course husband texting me to say he wants to come to, therefore, a total change of plans). In the end I bought one cat B for the final instead of two cat Cs, and he gets to go on Day 1 where I was able to get cheap tickets. Bonus: we get to freeze for three hours at San Siro that night.

I woke up to see the good news that many of you were successful. I may keep an eye on the resale market, so don’t forget to post in the tix thread should plans change.

I assumed the large amount (over 5K, I was buying 3 tix per event) was part of the reason for denial. And when I switched to debit when I still had the full order, message from bank was that it was declined due to exceeding limit.
